These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "Player") and myr88 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the myr88 website located at https://myr88.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content offered therein.

myr88 is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to players across Malaysia, including users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and beyond. • "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the myr88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real money deposits and any bonus funds where applicable.

• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds by a User into their myr88 Account using a supported payment method, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, BTC, or USDT.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer session, slots title, arcade game, lottery product, or any other wagering product made available on the myr88 platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the myr88 platform.
• "Platform" means the myr88 website, its mobile browser interface, associated software, and all services provided by myr88.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a User is required to bet the applicable bonus amount before bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a User to transfer funds from their myr88 Account to an external payment method registered in their name.

To register and maintain an active account on the myr88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

myr88 reserves the right to request proof of identity, of age, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Each User is permitted to hold onlyone (1) active Account on the myr88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. myr88 accepts no liability for any losses arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. myr88 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify myr88's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

myr88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) foriat currency transactions, and additionally accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) for cryptocurrency transactions. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out below.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. myr88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes for e-wallet methods during normal operating conditions. FPX bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) banking hours.

myr88 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a government-issued identity card (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and payment method verification — prior to approving any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not a punitive measure. • Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. The wagering requirement is calculated on the Bonus Fund amount only, unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds remain active in a User's Account, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is MYR 250 unless a different limit is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slots typically contribute100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute between 5–20%. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment entirely — a full list is available in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds expire after the period stated in each promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting). Expired Bonus Funds are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain bonuses are designated as "sticky", meaning the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings derived from the bonus may be cashed out. The sticky nature of any bonus will be clearly stated in its individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: One active bonus at a time per Account. Users cannot stack multiple welcome bonuses or combine promotional offers unless expressly permitted in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: myr88 reserves the right to withold, void, or reclaim any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, pattern wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that the Platform determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

All wagers placed on the myr88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or market. By placing any wager, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable game rules, the odds presented, and the potential outcomes. myr88 takes no responsibility for any User's misunderstanding of game rules prior to placing a wager.

Sports Betting: Odds for all markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are set by myr88 and may fluctuate prior to market closure. In-play (live football) odds are updated in real time. Accepted bets will not be revised following a change in odds after the bet has been confirmed. myr88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by data errors, technical faults, or irregular activity.

Live Casino: All live dealer games operate according to the rules displayed in the applicable game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer round, bets will be settled in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy, which will be made available in the relevant game interface.

Void Bets: myr88 reserves the right to void any wager in cases of: (a) manifest pricing error; (b) system malfunction; (c) evidence of irregularity or match manipulation; (d) incorrect game setup; or (e) any other circumstance rendering the bet invalid under the applicable game rules. In the event of a void, the applicable stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the myr88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any KYC process;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any suspected bug must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedge betting, arbitrage wagering, or systematically placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent;

• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation;

All content on the myr88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of myr88 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the myr88 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights, title, or interest in or to any platform content are transferred to any User. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without myr88's express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myr88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the myr88 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, gambling losses, or damages arising from system downtime or technical interruptions.

myr88 makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. myr88 targets a platform uptime of 98.2% but does not guarantee continuous availability.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using the myr88 platform, you accept full responsibility for all wagers placed and acknowledge that losses are possible and normal outcome of gambling activity. myr88 strongly encourages all Users to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

myr88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. The following tools and resources are available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration alerts and automatic log-outs after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to suspend their Account may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. In the event of Account closure due to a genuine breach by myr88 (excluding breaches by the User), any verifiable real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method. In cases of closure due to the User's breach of these Terms, myr88 may retain all funds held in the Account pending investigation and legal review.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the myr88 support team. Any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be withdrawn to the User's registered payment method provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

myr88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to Users via a prominent notice on the Platform, by email to the address registered on the User's Account, or by both means.

Amendments will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the myr88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which myr88 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to myr88's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through myr88's internal process within thirty (30) days of the User's initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant competent authority or dispute resolution body applicable to the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or restrict any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
